GRAB A MAT OR MEDITATION CUSHION — Sit on your mat in a comfortable upright position

Frequently Asked Questions
+ What should I wear?
Dress comfortably. You will take off your shoes when you arrive. If you are more comfortable in socks, wear or bring a pair. You will be seated on a meditation cushion, so clothing that allows your legs to bend and sit comfortably is helpful.
+ Do I have to bring anything?
Meditation cushions and mats will be provided. You may want to bring a journal and pen/pencil in case you want to jot a note about anything that comes up for you.
+ How do I pay?
You will pay when you book your session online. If you prefer to pay in cash, pay when you arrive.
